My name is Yacine Bell and I am an Anger and Stress Management
Specialist, an Executive Coach and a certified Mediator. I have been in
private practice for the past eight years and have more than seventeen
years of cumulative experience in related fields. I received formal
training and certification in 2003 as an Executive Coach from the
Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California, where I logged
more than 900 hundred hours of practice. In 2004, I became certified as
an Anger and Stress Management Specialist from Anderson & Anderson
Psychological Services, the most renowned and respected anger management
model in the world.
I have completed a post-graduate program in Theology at the
University of California, Berkeley; a graduate degree form the
University of Creation Spirituality, Naropa, where my focus was
Spirituality in the Workplace and; an undergraduate degree from Mills
College in Oakland, California. Additionally, I am one of few people
internationally certified to teach the SKIP-Mind Technology, a
meditation system
that can be used in every culture regardless of the language spoken.
SKIP-Mind Technology methods allow people of all ages, including
toddlers, to experience enhanced intelligence and behavior changes in
even the most challenging environments.
Presently, I work as a managerial and problem solving Coach for the
cities of Oakland, Richmond, Alameda and the County of West Contra
Costa. Past clients and partners include Sheila Hill-Fajors and
Associates, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Bay Area Black United Fund,
and Kaiser Permanente Group.
As a Certified Personal Coach, I find particular satisfaction in
coaching women who are going through divorce. I have traveled
extensively around the world and use my travels to study many cultures
and spiritual practices. I am one of the first Certified Yoga
Instructors in the United States, having practiced and offered
workshops over the past thirty-seven years to both the public and
private sector.
If I had one sentence to describe myself and purpose it would be: I
am a creative, culturally sensitive woman interested in serving the
broader community with an enhanced ability to serve all people who
sincerely desire positive change.

What people say about me…
"Yacine is a bright, articulate, energetic woman who takes her work
seriously. She has quickly emerged as one of the top and most promising
anger management providers in the San Francisco Bay area."
George Anderson, Los Angeles
"Through all of my
interactions with Yacine, I have found her to be caring, honest, and
insightful while at the same time very professional." Jm,
Los Angeles
I enjoyed every
one of our sessions and I came away with very clear objectives and the
next steps toward reaching my goals. If I truly needed help on an issue
outside of our scheduled meetings, she is always responsive."
Randee C.
Ellington, Oakland ( Real
Estate Project Manager )
"When I separated
from my husband I fell into a depression that kept me in bed for day’s
on end. I couldn’t talk to friends or relatives; I didn’t want to be
critized for what I believed was my failure to save my twenty year
marriage. I was stuck. I needed an objective, non judgmental ear, I
needed a push. Yacine’ coaching helped me to map out a strategy for
handling my pain and future."
PS, New York
"In one session I
complained that my ex had taken family photographs without the
permission I thought he should have asked for. I explained that the
holes and faded outlines on my walls, where family pictures once hung
left my house looking haphazard and unfinished, they accentuated my
emptiness.
Take the
pictures down” she told me. Four simple words, a simple action-which
hadn’t occurred to me. Those words freed me, lifted a weight from my
heart and gently pushed me to get off my butt and stop wallowing in self pity." JL, Oakland
"This is Yacine’s
gift: to question and listen closely to the answers, then break down
what seem like insurmountable problems into simple steps, to keep you
moving forward and living up to your potential."
RD, Montana
"Sure, I might
have made it through that sad time without her, but I never could have
done it so quickly and in such a healthy, thoughtful way. I value her
expertise."
JL, San Francisco
"I have worked
with Yacine several years. She has supported me as I have built
self-confidence and have made choices that I never thought I would be
making. She has guided me through letting go of my adult children and
in improving my relationships with them ,starting a business, furthering
my education, and making important changes in improving my relationship
with my husband. She has supported keeping me at the center when I was
ready to defer. It has been an active process moving forward to make
this one special life I have indeed the best that it can be."

Francisco
