Assessment
The Anger Management Institute’s program begins with the use of the
Conover Assessment. This assessment tool is a map which provides a baseline
of the participant’s level of functioning in:
- recognizing and managing
anger,
- stress,
- communication,
- emotional intelligence,
- motivation to change
Feedback regarding the results of this assessment is
given while maintaining confidentiality. This tool
provides enhanced professional achievement, increased academic attainment,
balanced relationship success, and positive personal
change. |
