Conover Assessment Intake & Post-Test

All AMI’s programming begins with this highly effective assessment tool, which accurately indicates an individual’s behavioral skills in a number of significant areas.

From the results of this test, Yacine Bell maps out a personal and professional profile on four performance levels: anger, stress, communication and emotional intelligence. Cost effective and time saving, this tool protects your company’s investment in employees and managers. Using the results of the assessment, Yacine addresses behavioral challenges from day one of her work with the client. The Conover Assessment also includes a post-assessment that measures the degree of change achieved.

“This tool sets me apart from all others providers of anger management because of its accuracy in determining the issues.  As a result of my abilities and this tool, I have a 99% success rate with no regression.”

– Yacine Bell

Anger Management Training

The AMI Anger Management Training addresses the stress of managing personal relationships, economic and employment difficulties, parenting and care giving, and other life challenges.

For many adults grappling with stress and anger, any one of these challenges can lead to a variety of emotional outbursts and violence. The AMI course teaches participants how to deal with stress and anger in a positive, functional way.

Specifically designed for individuals who have been referred by municipal courts, employers, or government agencies, this program  satisfies requirements for evidence of completion of an anger management intervention program.

All AMI Anger Management Training programs include:

  • Assessment at intake of the participant’s level of function in stress management, anger, communications and emotional intelligence.
  • The use of two client workbooks, which include didactic information and exercises focusing on enhancing emotional intelligence, improving assertive communication, and behavioral strategies for recognizing and managing anger and stress.
  • Post-test at termination designed to determine the level of change during the course.

Organizational Training

“Studies have shown that aggression and violence in the workplace increases absenteeism, reduces productivity, lowers morale, and increases a company’s liability.”

George Anderson

Anderson & Anderson

Specifically designed for men and women who have been referred by municipal courts, employers, or government agencies, and/or self referrals, this program is designed to help individuals who must produce evidence of completion of an anger management intervention program.  Our model provides an assessment component that meets this requirement.  We are able to assess the success or lack of success in each case.  We use the Conover Assessment as a pre and post test for all clients.  Additionally, the Conover Assessment identifies emotional strengths, weaknesses and communication levels.
